MTA charges the promulgated rates set forth by the Florida Department of Insurance for Owner’s Title Insurance Policies and Loan Policies for refinance transactions.
On purchase transactions, the premium for a loan policy in the same amount as the sales price or lower that is issued at the same time as the Owner’s Policy are charged a simultaneous premium rate of $200.

Florida Form 9 and Navigational Servitude endorsements are both charged as follows: 10% of the owner’s and loan policies premiums added together.
