Terri Fox is a Title Closer for Members Title Agency. Terri has more than 16 years of experience in the title industry and has been with MTA since 2004. Terri is a licensed title agent and is dedicated to serving MTA’s customers. Terri has had the privilege of travelling the world with her now retired Air Force husband, while he was in the service and is extremely proud of him and her three sons that also served in the military. Personally Terri loves spending time with her family and friends and especially spending as much “G-Ma” time as she possibly can with her three grandchildren. Terri’s dedication and strong work ethic are invaluable assets to our agency.

Michelle Shultz

Title Closer

Michelle Shultz is a Title Closer for Members Title Agency. Michelle started out with MTA in 2007, as a Receptionist; then moved to being a Title Assistant/Processor and was promoted to her current position at the beginning of 2012. Michelle is a native Floridian and enjoys spending time with her family, friends and being in the great outdoors and loves to travel and have new adventures! With Michelle’s eagerness to learn and take on new challenges, she has proven herself to be an asset to our agency!  

Eileen Monroe

Senior Title Closer

Eileen Monroe is the Assistant Manager for MTA and has more than 32 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage closing industry; she started with MTA in 2007.  Eileen is a licensed title agent and strives to provide the best service she possibly can. She assists our members and customers in the closing of the sales and purchases of their properties throughout the state of Florida.  Eileen is a native Floridian and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Eileen’s experience and exemplary customer service skills makes her an integral part of MTA’s success.

Ingrid Ross

Post-Closing Title Assistant

Ingrid Ross is the Title Assistant Supervisor for Members Title Agency. Ingrid started in 2005 as a temp employee, processing for the agency. She was hired quickly and promoted in 2006 to Title Assistant-Post Closing, then to her current position in 2017. Ingrid is originally from Maryland and has lived in Florida for over 12 years. She has a B.S. degree from Lincoln University. Ingrid enjoys spending time with her friends and reading mystery/suspense novels on her Kindle. Ingrid’s commitment to doing her best every day and her strong work ethic make her an invaluable asset to our team.  

Mona Russell

Vice President

Mona has 20+ years of experience in the credit union/insurance industry, and continuously looks for ways to better serve our Members and Clients. Mona is a member of the following: Florida Association of Insurance Agents and Professional Insurance Agents. Personally, Mona enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and the Florida outdoors. Mona’s experience, academic achievements and dedication to our Members are the glue that holds Members Title Agency together.

Tasia Ryals

Title Closer

Tasia Ryals is one of our Closing Agents. Tasia has been in the title industry for more than 13 years and is studying and preparing to test to obtain her title insurance license. Tasia is currently providing services for property sale and purchase transactions. Tasia also specializes in preparing the documents needed to close. Tasia’s personal interests include playing board games with her family and friends, movie night with her two children and she loves to volunteer in her community. Tasia’s experience and dedication to excellent service, makes her a great asset to our team.

Erica Henry

Title Assistant – Processor

Erica Henry is a Title Assistant and is part of our Processing Team and works closely with our closing agents to process our purchase transactions. When hired Erica brought with her over 8 years of customer service experience. With the customer service experience Erica brought with her and the knowledge of the title insurance industry she has gained she has been a great asset to our Agency! Erica is a native Floridian and in her free time she likes to play softball and enjoys spending time with her family.

Debbie Whittaker

Manager

Debbie Whittaker is the Manager of Members Title Agency, LLC (MTA). Debbie has almost 40 years of experience in the title insurance industry, including 20 years at two national underwriters. Debbie launched MTA on behalf of Suncoast Credit Union (SCU) in December of 2000, and has been instrumental in its success. She is a licensed title agent and holds the designation of a Certified Land Closer (CLC) through the FLTA, Florida’s title insurance professional association. Debbie is a native Floridian and when not working she loves to spend time with her family and friends and volunteering at her church and in her community. Debbie’s experience, extensive knowledge and dedication have been invaluable resources to MTA.
